I was on my way to a happy hour at a restaurant next door but noticed that my headlight and parking light had burned out and needed to be repaired before I drove home. I stopped in at Dan's and asked if they provided those types of repairs, and they said yes, checked out my car, and provided a very reasonable estimate very quickly. I told them where I'd be and asked if they could call me when they were finished - 45 minutes later they were done and let me know I could pick up the car. I walked over, paid, and retrieved my keys and asked if I could just keep the car there until I was finished at the happy hour - they told me to take my time and pick up the car whenever it was convenient. I stopped by much later after they had closed, and my car was ready to go, with the repairs that I had requested. I appreciated their willingness to help, their quick turnaround, and their flexibility regarding when I could pick up the car. I'd gladly go there again for another repair.

I've been going to Dan's for about 4 years, they have done all the work on my 2010 Honda Odyssey, Everything from tire repair, state inspections, power steering problems, oil changes, transmission service, They send me emails to remind me to schedule service, and keep track of everything that's been done. i put 30,000 - 40,000 miles per year on my car, and i never have to worry about how it's gonna run. that's just one aspect of the great service you get at Dan's, the people are the best, from Dan, to the folks at the register, the mechanics take the time to explain what they find, Chris is awesome, and Mrs Pritchard keeps them all in line. i recommend Dan's to everyone.

I've been going to Dan's for about 4 years now. They have done all of the service on my 2010 Honda Odyssey. everything from tire repairs, power steering problem, oil changes, and transmission service. they keep track of everything they do, so they have a better record of what I've done to my car then I do. I get emails, reminding me to schedule service. I put about 30,000 - 40,000 miles on my car per year, so it's important to me to keep my car running well. Letting Dan's crew service my car, I never have to worry about my car. that's just one aspect of the great service. the other awesome thing about Dan's is the people. everyone from Dan, Chris, Mrs. Pritchard, and all the mechanics. and employees are just thee nicest people you could ever hope to deal with. I recommend Dan's Sunoco to everyone I know.

I'm always pleased with my service at Dan's Merrifield Sunoco. Started with Inspections and a question over 7 years ago and I've returned every Check Engine light or odd sound. Dan's also handled my Camry's 100,000 miles work. Suggestions are made w/out pressure and my decisions respected. I do not feel over-sold. Never trusted gas stations and warned away by family/friends, but Dan's works for me. 2001 Toy Camry is now at 122,220 and nuisance handles & aesthetics driving me to new car shop. Secure in knowledge I am driving safely and it can get me to a late beach trip one more time. Maybe make it to the 2017 car year.

I've gone to Dan's Merrifield now for about a year and they just got this new online appointment set up. I haven't had any problems with the service they've always done a decent job. However, I've used the online appointment set up twice but I don't find it very beneficial to use or even to have an appointment. No matter if I have an appointment or not it is always the same. The people at the front desk in the convenient store don't understand what I'm saying make me fill out a form and put me in line behind all the other walk-ins. Also, the last time I went they didn't even call me to let me know my car was ready. I just knew they closed at 2PM and went back at 1:50PM to check because I wanted to make sure I got my car back before they closed and it luckily happened to be ready. When I asked why they didn't call me again he had trouble understanding me and just said "called you." I usually have a relatively good experience here but the last two times have been frustrating.

My 2001 Camry Toyota at 120,130 is having those nuisance problems. Started at Dan's Merrifield Sunoco for inspections/emissions. Asked Chris about a few concerns and started taking my car for service maybe 5 years ago. I trust Chris Pritchard. I have never felt pressured or that he was taking advantage of me. Not sure the costs are the cheapest I could get and I have never bothered to check. Someone else always knows a less expensive option and tells me how foolish I am. My car is cared for and returned in the time promised. There is a bus stop and I can pick up as late as 10 PM. My car is always working fine and I have never had to return for follow-up. That is all I want and need.

I have never met a more professional and friendly team! These guys know what they're doing. They deliver excellent service at a fair price. This winter, I brought my 2008 Honda Accord in for regular preventative maintenance and state inspections. I'm not sure which person worked on my car, but they were thorough and treated my car with care. The technician? mechanic? noticed my tires needed some air and put air in my tires! I think its also important to mention that my fiance doesn't trust his Jeep with anyone except for Chris at Dan's Merrifield Sunoco. I don't know who else to put it, this team is great.
