| I had a state inspection done on my car. And the mechanic identified a problem w/ my brake and failed my inspection. Chris was forthright on the brake problem and offered some solutions. However, he did not pressure me to use his service. I had a 2nd opinion with a tire/brake company and its mechanic identified a different cause for the brake problem. I had the problem fixed a the tire company. The service offered was good; however, the diagnosis of the problem was inaccurate. |

| I work across the street from this Sunoco and I?m glad because whenever I need anything done to my car , I leave it with Dan and they ask me if I have a time frame , which I like and they always have it done by the time I need it. I?ve always trusted them and they will even call you if you have any additional problems that if you AGREE they can fix. I would rate it 5 starts but I?m cheap lol and sometimes the price is too high for me but for the area itself and the labor it really isn?t bad. |

| My 15 yr old Camry had serious concerns and I visited several mechanics. Felt Chris and Dan at Dan's Merrifield Sunoco were straight forward. No magic promises. Worked w/me to get thru VA emission. Not cheap and one return required, but I feel I got best service possible. Now hope to make it another 2 yrs w/out payments & increased insur. or prop taxes. |

| We went there because my husband trusts your previous work. We went by your recommendations and had the entire brake system and suspension worked on at a very hefty price. You took close to a week to get the car back. After a few days we had to take it back in because one of the parts was defective and I was almost involved in an accident due to the faulty brakes. When I took it back, Mr. Dan informed me that it's commom for refurbished parts to be defective. This was a total surprise to me because our estimate stipulated that we would be getting premium parts. Premium to us means brand new, not refurbished. It is something you should disclose to clients. Afterall, you did charge a lot more than other estimates we had recieved from other reputable places. In any case, I was thankful to be able to take it back and have it taken care of with not additional charges. I doubt we will use your services again. |
