| I know enough about automotive technology to understand the work being done. I mainly want the diagnosis to be right and the work to be done competently and I am very pleased with both aspects of Dan's Merrifield Sunoco. I have been bringing my three cars to inspected and repaired there for several years. After I stopped doing most of my own work I was shocked by the cost of repairs, but have come to understand the reasons that everything always costs more than I think it should (if I did it myself in the driveway). I don't know if the cost here is the lowest in the area -- probably not -- but I am happy to pay "the going rate" and have confidence that the work is done well and that I am not being scammed or "up-sold" unneeded work. |

| Chris is the man. He told me exactly what needed to be done and when I had questions, he answered them. He has a day turn around time with my tires and oil change. He is extremely good at managing expectations, so I knew when I was going to have my car returned. |

| Doing business with Dan's Sunoco was a PLEASURE!. Having just moved to Fairfax we had three out of state cars that needed safety inspections and emissions testing. We had gone to three other stations which had issues with doing both tests-either they didn't do emissions testing,their emissions equipment was broken or their emissions employee was on vacation. Thank goodness for Chris at Dan's Sunoco!!! He made sure the testing was done in a timely manner (no wonder this service station is so busy-they get the job done!!!) and explained to me how the inspection process in Virginia worked. He was polite and helpful. I cannot say enough good things about our experience at Dan's Sunoco. Thank you!! |
