| I am always so pleased with the service provided! I trust you all to tell me what I need, to provide the service in a timely manner and to be reasonable in terms of the cost. I never feel taken advantage of, like I have at other service centers. I appreciate being able to have a place to take my car where I trust and really like the people who work there!! |

| I know how cars work. I used to do most of my own work when they were less computerized and used simpler tools. I have been using Dan's Merrifield for several years on my three cars. I trust them. Trust is important. I trust them in two ways: 1. The mechanics are very competent. Diagnoses are accurate and repairs are done well and in time. . 2. I am not going to be charged for unneeded work or ripped off. Once I accepted the fact that having work done by a professional mechanic at a garage costs a lot more than doing it myself in the driveway -- and possibly replacing multiple parts until I found bad one -- the cost is in line with what other places charge. | Been going for years. Always good service. Don't feel like they're going to rip me off. They have very organized quotes so you can see all of the costs. The main mechanic works longer than official hours, So don't worry if they don't call you by closing time as I did this past time. |
